Our aim continues to provide holistic education, where the focus is on nurturing skills to prepare our students for the real world, be it in the field of academics, sports, extra- curricular, performing arts, technology, community service, sustainability, and most importantly for us to be instrumental in building their self-confidence. Term 2 like all other terms has its own significance. Across all phases, we have planned various events and activities throughout the term. Would like each student to come forward and participate. We start the year with Concerts in Primary, Sports days across all phases, highly interactive sessions on Career Guidance, Recreational and Educational Field Trips & camps, special days on well-being, Model United Nations, DS Academic Expo, and a lot more. Dear Dubai Scholars Parents, On behalf of the School Management and the Senior Leadership at Dubai Scholars, I would like to express my happiness as we see more and more students participating in different sports activities. In the sixth consecutive year of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC), Dubai Scholars have once again made an active effort to inspire, engage, and energise students to adopt a fitness regime at the start of every day. We are glad to share that as an Institution we are an integral part of the fitness movement initiated by Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, our students have joined by demonstrating the country’s ongoing ability to bounce back and create a stronger, happier, and more self- assured community that gives kids of all ages and abilities plenty of opportunities to learn about the advantages of health and wellbeing. I would like to congratulate members of our PE Department and Students Sports Council for their active participation. I also take this opportunity to thank all our parents, who take a lot of effort into encouraging their children to embrace Physical Education as a vital discipline of their educational journey. It gives us immense pleasure to share that the students and the staff of Dubai Scholars Private School and MANZIL, collaborated to create ‘Ripples of Joy’, an event with the purpose of #SpreadingSmiles. It was beautiful to see the bonding between the students of both schools – sharing their smiles and working together as a team, only to have fun. Initiatives like these help all of us to be grounded, develop our sensitivities and count our enormous amount of blessings. I applaud the Inclusion team and students who volunteered to make this event a success. Frank Scarcelli Head of School Read More

To thrive in the 21st century, students need more than traditional academic learning. Our focus is to teach them skills such as collaboration, communication and problem- solving. We ensure that students are given opportunities and experiences to apply their knowledge and skill. One such highlight of the week was – Biology Students of A levels visiting the NMC hospital, they had an incredible opportunity to meet with the Head of Department for Cardiology, Dr. Ala Eldim. Students led the discussions on the causes and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. They also had some interesting discussions on careers in medicine and cardiology. Dr. Ala Eldim’s live demonstration, explanation of echocardiography and the CPR training was an enriching learning experience for all our students. Wishing all our students to enrich and enjoy their learning experiences. Frank Scarcelli Head of School Read More
