Right from the beginning,

there was always a push to balance out studies and extra-curricular activities which honed my personality and brought about traits that would never have been possible if I had only been scholastically inclined. Right from playing sports to swimming to school dances to debates, I did it all. It also gave me my squad of friends and we’ve all been together since kindergarten. Such were the bonds of friendship formed. I will also contribute any success in life to our teachers who put in the hard work to get us to where we are. Overall, words can never express the gratitude I have for this school and what it has done for me.

From dramas to concerts and dances, our extra-curricular calendar was always busy, pushing us to become confident and better versions of ourselves. My professional career as a copywriter is because of the care my teachers took to polish my creative writing skills. I also left with invaluable friendships that are still strong today. An irreplaceable sisterhood that is carrying me across different chapters of my life. The Scholars blue, white and yellow walls will forever hold a lifetime of memories for me.

Not only did it give me the best of friendships that are going to last a lifetime but also moulded me to be the person I am today. I owe it to my fabulous (some fairly strict) teachers who guided me to chase my dreams whether it be passion or profession, to be disciplined whether it be fitness or health related, to be grateful whether it be in kindness or in testing times, and most of all they pushed me to achieve desired results academically to my best potential cause they knew what I was truly capable of.

I was fortunate to be exposed to a myriad of nationalities, languages and cultures during my time at Dubai Scholars, which has allowed me become more diverse and inclusive in my thoughts and actions.

My time at Dubai Scholars holds some of the most prized memories of my childhood and teenage years. I made lifelong friends who quickly evolved into my chosen family, and whom I have close bonds with even today – over a decade after graduating. I was fortunate to be exposed to a myriad of nationalities, languages and cultures during my time at Dubai Scholars, which has allowed me become more diverse and inclusive in my thoughts and actions. Dubai Scholars’ rigorous curriculum and strong academic focus taught me the value of hard work and consistent effort, which trained me to be more disciplined in the way I operate in my current role as a brand marketer, while juggling a part-time MBA.
