Additionally, providing a well-rounded meal plan option can offer a practical solution to your busy schedules, and our meal plans have been carefully crafted to cater to the dietary requirements of growing children, providing them with nutritious meals that are not only delicious but also appealing to them.

The meal plan option can be conveniently accessed by parents through the Zenda app. To get started, parents can choose between a monthly or termly meal plan, and they also have the flexibility to opt for either a Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian option. After selecting their preferred plan, parents can proceed to make the payment.

Once the payment is successfully received, the meal plan activation process will commence, which takes approximately 48 hours. Subsequently, packaged meals will be efficiently delivered to each child’s classroom, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

The meal plan covers school days from Monday to Thursday exclusively.

Log in to Zenda and access the Meal Plan option. Within this section, you have the choice to select either a monthly or termly meal plan. Please proceed to make the required payment accordingly.

We are presently unable to accommodate students with food allergies or specific dietary restrictions. Please be advised that our existing meal selections might not align with certain dietary needs or allergies.

Refunds will not be issued for instances of absenteeism. If parents anticipate their child’s absence, they should notify the school by sending an email to cafe@dubaischolars.com at least 48 hours before the anticipated absence. Upon receiving the parent’s email, the meal plan can be rearranged for alternative days as per the communicated information.

Yes, one month notice must be provided for any cancellation/change of meal plan.

Payments can conveniently be made through Zenda app. Students are required to visit the Cashier’s Office and present their ID card to add funds to their account.

The meal package will be conveniently delivered to the child’s classroom before their scheduled break time, effectively eliminating the need to wait in cafeteria lines.

The shelf life of the meal plan food is limited and depends on storage conditions. Therefore, we strongly recommend that students consume the food within one to one and a half hours of serving. Consuming it after this specified period may pose safety risks, and the school will not assume liability for any issues that may arise as a result.
