The state of our health is not only related to our diet but a healthy child also has a higher chance of long-term physical well being. A good sense of physical well being can give a child confidence, general happiness and a positive outlook on life. Having this view students across the school conducted various activities. One of the initiatives for example; Year 10 students designed healthy recipes which are quick and healthy for their mums to help prepare good snacks for school.
